Return Policy for Rexifit

At Rexifit, we understand that shopping online can be challenging, and we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will provide you with a return address. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rexifit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your cycling shoes for a different size, color, or design, simply contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your cycling shoes within one year of purchase, please contact us at support@rexifit.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please note that if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
